Your cleaning request
The request form asks about your village or postcode, home size, cleaning preferences and contact details. When you choose “Send my request”, those details are submitted to the Shiny House enquiry service. A request number is displayed only after the service confirms that the enquiry has been saved.
Artur is Vala’s son-in-law and runs the platform and customer communication for her. He uses the details to review your enquiry, contact you, discuss the cleaning price and any travel supplement, and arrange a possible visit. Your request does not reserve a date, confirm a booking or take a payment. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing.
Please do not include alarm codes, key locations, financial information, health information or other sensitive details. A full service address and access arrangements can be discussed directly later.
Contacting Artur directly
The website also provides telephone, email and WhatsApp links to Artur at kulej.a@icloud.com and 07946 085844. Using a link opens the relevant service, whose own privacy practices apply.
The automated helper
The helper uses prepared answers on this page. It is not a live person or a booking service. Chat text stays in the page while it is open and is not sent to a chat AI service or stored by this website. Reloading the page clears the conversation. The separate request form submits an enquiry only when you choose to send it.
Cookies and measurement
The public website does not set cookies, load analytics or use third-party fonts. The private owner area uses Cloudflare Access authentication and its essential session cookies after sign-in. The interactive service-area map loads imagery from OpenStreetMap when the map comes into view. The map service receives normal browser request information such as IP address and the referring site origin. We do not request your device location or send your enquiry fields to the map provider. External social websites open when you follow their links.
When the site is served, its hosting service may process standard request information such as IP address and browser details. The enquiry service uses bounded request checks to reduce automated abuse.
Photographs and service information
The interior imagery and bathroom and kitchen comparisons are AI-generated illustrations. They do not show a customer home or completed work by Vala. Real client photographs will only be added with permission. The introductory first regular visit is £20 per cleaning hour, minimum 3 hours; further regular visits are £25/hour. Exact visit time, tasks, products, any travel supplement and access are agreed directly before a service begins.
How enquiry details are handled
Shiny House uses Cloudflare to host the website and securely store submitted enquiries. The private inbox is restricted to Artur. Details are used to respond to your request and arrange cleaning; they are not sold or used to enrol you in marketing.
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any ongoing service arrangements. Contact Artur at kulej.a@icloud.com to ask about your details or request a correction or removal. Please contact him directly if the online form is temporarily unavailable.
